When the thick snow cover gives way to the tender grass that goes to fatten the pastures, the vines decide to indulge in a riot of characteristic aromas, as happens for the Moscato Giallo that goes to compose this aromatic and pleasant glass. Bolzano, located at the crossroads between the Isarco Valley and the Adige, crossed by the Talvera river, has an excellent climate and podiatric condition for the breeding of vines and the production of mountain wines. Thanks to the thermal excursions, the white berried grapes concentrate their floral fragrances, the red berried ones retain a feminine, clear and pleasant elegance.
