| Harvest |
The grapes were harvested from 23 September to 4 October 2019. |
| Vinification |
Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 24°C-27°C, with maceration on the skins for 14-16 days. |
| Ageing |
18 months in large casks, followed by static decantation and bottle ageing for at least three months. |
