Respect for the terroir, the quality of the raw material found in every bubble and the patient dedication at every stage of production make this Trentodoc a unique Rosé sparkling wine.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Pink.
	Bouquet A slight hint of toast, reminiscent of freshly baked bread crusts, yeasts and small fruits such as strawberry, currant, raspberry, blueberry and then cherry. A distinctive floral scent reminiscent of gymnadenia with an aroma that fades into notes of chocolate and vanilla to form a fragrant and complex whole.
	Flavour It is ample and succulent on the palate, medium dry, with a fruity streak reminiscent of the aromatic palette described for the nose. The harmony and persistence are excellent, with a nice salty, mineral vein and fresh acidity. The bubble is nicely crisp, with an interesting tension.
