Primosic always strives for quality. The names Murno, Gmajne and Belvedere are small plots of land, segments of hills, and unique spurs of land where Pinot Grigio, Friulano, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot grapes can express themselves in the best way.

Harvest	By hand, with boxes.
Vinification	The grapes are destemmed and placed in a closed pneumatic press, followed by cold skin-must contact for a few hours. The first must is then separated from the press must and brought to a temperature of 7-8 °C in steel tanks, where it is decanted. The clear must is racked, and fermentation with selected yeasts begins.
Ageing	Once fermentation is complete, a long period of maturation on the noble lees follows, partly in steel containers (70%) and partly in wood in 600-litre barrels (30%). This is followed by bottling without sterile filtration. The wine is refined in the bottle for a further 6 months.
