||The grapes are processed in a very short cold maceration for about 8 hours, in order to obtain the ideal pink nuance for the fermentation phase, at a temperature of 16 degrees for about 10 days.
||In steel tanks, the maturation is completed by a period of 3 months in bottle.
||Wine accompanies a wide gastronomic range, with a predilection for those dishes based on fish from the lake and then fresh sausages, pizzas and calzones, risotto with vegetables, sweetbreads, brains and fried vegetables and especially with light summer dishes.
