Colour

Deep yellow.

Bouquet

Notes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, cinnamon, fresh vanilla, acacia, and chestnut honey.

Flavour

Fresh and ample, with balanced alcohol content. Sweet toasted almond and candied apricot emerge in the finish. The tertiary aromas of French oak barrels feed the complexity of taste, increasing persistence and roundness.

Pairing

Ideal with traditional dishes of Veneto made of fish, liver, salted cod, and aged cheeses with herbs.
