Elegant scents of blackberry, red mulberry, sour cherry, dark cherry, and flowery notes of violet together with aromatic herbs, liquorice, and graphite.

Flavour

Very long texture and wonderful retro-olfactory echoes supported by excellent tannins. Very rich and interminable finish.

It pairs with pappardelle pasta with wild boar sauce and buffalo stew.
