Pointillart Leroy Champagne Corps et Spirit Extra Brut

Body and Spirit was born from the meeting between the mineral Chardonnay and the terroir of Ecueil. Fashioned by the imagination of men and women devoted to their land, Body and Spirit is the sublimation of a single grape: a Chardonnay while place expressing in unison with our Premier Cru terroir.

Colour

Body and mind has a pale yellow color with light pale green hues.

Bouquet

The nose is first brioche and smoked with a dimension of minerality and purity.

Flavour

We are then submerged by aniseed notes, fennel, scrubland and white fruits such as plum and white peach. We are in a delicate and subtle universe. The palate is truly in a citrus dimension with lime zest and grapefruit. The wine expresses all its liveliness in the mouth. This single grape variety is certainly the most beautiful expression of the terroir of Ecueil.

Pairing

Tone on your nose: mushroom risotto, fish carpaccio with olive oil. Contrasted: avocado mousse and chestnut cream, chiffonade of parma ham, sushi.
