Vinification |
This wine is made from a rigorous selection of the wine company’s best Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown at just a few kilometres from the Crete Senesi area. A traditional, but rigorous, process of fermentation in red used separately on the three grape varieties which lasts roughly 20 days, including maceration. |
