The days of the grape harvest have carved indelible memories in our memory, made of that hard work that the farmers carried out with joy. At the end of the day, our grandfather, together with the men and women who had helped him, used to sit at the edge of the vineyard in the shade of a thick laurel hedge to contemplate the sun going down on the horizon and talk about the difficulties and joys of their work. That hedge, perhaps less dense, still surrounds the vineyard and it is in memory of those moments of conviviality that it could emanate that we have decided to dedicate the name of our wine to it. |
