Vinification |
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by lying on the skins for 21 days. After racking, the wine ages for 14 months in new Allier oak barrels. The malolactic fermentation is carried about in wood and stainless steel vats. |

In new French oak Allier barrels. |

Perfect with stewed dishes, game, and meats. It also pairs with veggies such as grilled radicchio, aged cheeses or roasted onions. |
