Colour

Almost garnet, brilliant.

Bouquet

Aware of its own personality, it advances in the subtle tones of sour cherry and black cherry, then continues with hints of blond tobacco, rhubarb, cypress wood and cinchona. The iron mineral note, well imprinted in the olfactory memory, is very pleasing.

Flavour

Direct attack to the sip, nervous and vertical of freshness and flavor, irrevocable by the right heat and alcohol tannins subtle and evolving. Long persistence.

Pairing

Meat: Game of fur and feather, braised, hare in the civet. Matured cheeses and truffle dishes. Excellent wine for meditation.
