	Perlage Bright, fine and very persistent perlage.
	Colour Golden straw yellow.
	Bouquet Fresh, seductive with fruity notes of white fruit and dried fruit with mineral nuances.
	Flavour In the mouth it shows from the beginning a beautiful balance between vivacity and softness that leaves room for the aromas of fruit and white flowers. The finish is elegant, mineral, almost salty.

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with seafood cruelties. Try it with French cheeses such as Comté and Maroilles.
