Fermentation temperature 26-28 °C
Vinification Fermentation: in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of about 26-28 °C for 10-12 days, numerous pumping over and racking after the malolactic fermentation, the wine is put into wooden barrels for ageing.
Ageing 18 months in large oak barrels and once bottled it rests for at least 6-8 months in a horizontal position before being put on sale.
