Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, Coste Beert is the definition of a great Blanc de Blancs. Just as this hill dominates all others, the symbolic vine of the company reigns supreme over the village of Chouilly. The Cuvee of a single vine is the purest expression of our Grand Cru; mineral and complex, generous and clearly precise.

	Perlage Very fine.
	Colour Pale gold with greenish reflections.
	Bouquet The nose is complex and delicate, with aromas of bergamot, honeysuckle, citrus, brioche, accompanied by mineral notes.
	Flavour On the palate, the wine is fresh, with notes of grapefruit, ripe citrus fruits, roasted notes and almonds. A fine and elegant wine with a long and persistent finish.
