Pertinello Extra Brut Metodo Classico
A robust literature tells how Sangiovese is one of the most versatile red grape varieties in the world stage, able to respond better than other great grapes to the characteristics of the place of origin and the choices of those who produce it. But finding a sparkling version vinified in white, too good level, it is really an absolute rarity: to try, to that effect, the Extra Brut Metodo Classico of Tenuta Pertinello by Moreno Mancini. It is a Blanc de Noirs originated on clayey and sandy hills of the Romagnolo's innermost, including Civitella and Galeata, in a portion of the region far from the sea and now close to Tuscany. Bubbles nicely done, kind and reserved as Moreno, cozy behind the first distrust, ideals on classic fried Mediterranean fish.
