|Composition of the land
||Medium dough with a rich component of mineral micro-elements such as magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium.
||Separate vinification for the two varieties with 10-12 days macerations for Nebbiolo and also 25 days for Barbera in temperature controlled steel tanks.
||Aged for about 15/18 months in small oak barrels is then assembled before bottling and left to rest for another 10/12 months in bottle before being marketed.
