Paul Ginglinger Pinot Gris Grand Cru Eichberg 2010
Our Pinot Gris Grand Cru Eichberg comes from a single plot located in the heart of the Grand Cru in the place called Oberer Striebicher. The personality of this pinot gris is totally dictated by the great vintage: it draws its power and its race from the sandstone marls of the Eichberg, offering a broad, deep and very concentrated structure.

Bouquet

The bouquet is expressed on a complex combination of yellow fruits, pear, vanilla, hazelnut, almond.

Flavour

From one vintage to another, its balance can vary between a semi-dry or slightly mellow style, always keeping straightness, elegance and freshness.

Pairing

Semi-cooked or fried foie gras, pheasant, Bresse chicken in sauce, duck, white meat accompanied by wild mushrooms, game.
