A surprising and unexpected Syrah: the PaxMentis, made from slightly dried grapes, breaks the clichés about this international varietal, thanks not only to its cultivation on a particularly suitable terroir but also to an unusual vinification method. This wine grows on perfect soil for Syrah and Nero d’Avola grapes. The latter is used both as a varietal and in blends for the Ludovico, a wine dedicated to Ludovico Corrao and the winery's flagship.
