In Sicily, an island that has always had a vocation for viticulture, lie the vineyards of Tenute Orestiadi, born in Gibellina from the synergy between a group of winegrowers united in a cooperative and the Orestiadi Foundation, one of the most important cultural institutions in the Mediterranean, with the aim of promoting the territorial identity of native Sicilian vines through the combination of art and wine. Tenute Orestiadi has an ancient name that evokes distant myths and legends, which came to life in Sicily thanks to Eschi- lo, who wrote and staged the myth of ORESTE and the ORESTIADES twenty or more centuries ago. |
