Ognissole Primitivo 2015
In the heart of Salento, in Apulia Sava, born Ognissole, an estate of 50 hectares on calcareous and clay, which here take on the typical red color. A pleasant and balanced wine that recalls the nose of ripe red fruits and spicy notes. The palate is of the body and with a good length, that makes it a good match for mature cheeses.
