Ocone Bozzovich Bianco
A synergy between art and wine: a flowing and elegant female figure in true Art Nouveau style conveys the seductive nature of this wine, whose captivating label is a restyling of the original poster by the artist Bozzovich, publicising Ocone wines in the aftermath of WWI, and from which the wine takes its name.

It offers hints of floral scents that recall hawthorn, acacia and orange blossoms, accompanied by elegant vegetal notes.

Soil composition Moderately calcareous soils with the presence of clay and sand in different percentages depending on the areas of cultivation.
Harvest The grapes are harvested in fully ripened crates in September, anticipating the harvest for the varieties that contribute most to the aromatic component of the wine.
Vinification The grapes are taken to the cellar where the de-stemming, crushing and fermentation at controlled temperature takes place, preceded by cold maceration for the best extraction of the primary aromas. After drawing off, it follows the soft pressing and preservation of the wine so that it completes its evolution.
Ageing On noble lees, periodically reported in suspension (batonnage), to enrich their structural component. After the subsequent decanting the natural illipidation takes place and the inert gas is stored under the head at low cellar temperatures in order to avoid malolactic fermentation. The stopover in a steel tank is followed by bottling for rapid consumption.
Allergens Contains sulphites
Pairing Ideal with fish starters or traditional Italian style (cold cuts) starters, first courses with vegetable sauces, white.
