||Vinified by the red wine method, with 10 days of maceration using a spraying system (automatic pumping over 5-6 times a day) of the skins. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 25-28 °C.
||New wine remains in steel tanks for 2 months, followed by 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels with a capacity of 80hl. Then it is refined in the bottle for an appropriate period before being sold on the market.
