Climate	The Mediterranean climate is characterised by very hot summers and mild winters. Altitude: 250-350 m. a.s.l. Exposure: South/South-East.
Soil composition	The vines grow on well-aerated, gravelly porphyry soils.
Harvest	The grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification	After careful destemming, the must ferments in steel tanks with gentle pumping over.
Ageing	Following malolactic fermentation and maturation for 7 months in 40 hl wooden barrels.
