The Mediterranean climate is characterised by hot summers and mild winters, as well as by the Ora, a warm afternoon wind blowing from the south, arriving from Lake Garda. Altitude: 350-450 m a.s.l. South-west exposure. |

The soil is compact and impermeable moraine, formed by sediments from the Ice Age, calcareous, clayey and rich in minerals. |

The grapes are harvested by hand. |

After careful destemming, the must ferments in steel tanks with delicate pumping over. |
