Soil composition |
The white limestone gravel soil has a well-aerated humus content. |
Harvest |
The grapes are harvested by hand. |
Vinification |
After pressing the whole grapes, the must is decanted at a cooler temperature for 30 hours. The subsequent fermentation takes place in small oak barrels. |
Ageing |
After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months on fine lees and a further 2 years in the bottle. |
