Cultivation system	Double cordon.
Yield per hectare	6,000-7,000 kg/hectare.
Harvest	By hand, the second decade of September.
Fermentation temperature	16-18 °C
Fermentation period	8-10 days.
Vinification	Destemming of the grapes and subsequent skin maceration for at least 12 hours at a temperature of 10°C. Soft pressing and cleaning of the must by static settling. Alcoholic fermentation for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C.
Ageing	On noble lees in steel tanks with bâtonnage for at least 4-5 months.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Suitable with appetizers, hearty first courses, seafood and shellfish.
