Intense and elegant bouquet, almond, honey and ripe fruit prevail.

Flavour

Not excessively sweet. It is broad and velvety.

Pairing

A great wine to be enjoyed by itself in good company. Surprisingly good when accompanying strong cheese, excellent when served with dry sweets.

Soil composition	Hilly, consisting entirely of stratified marls and sandstones of Eocene origin, with excellent exposure.
Cultivation system	Guyot.
Yield per hectare	3,000 kg/hectare.
Harvest	By hand, in mid-October.
Vinification	The grapes are harvested and left to dry on wooden racks for 30 days. It is then destemmed and left to macerate in 228-litre oak barrels for about ten months.
Ageing	Ageing always takes place in wooden barrels for another 18-24 months.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	A great wine to be enjoyed by itself in good company. Surprisingly good when accompanying strong cheese, excellent when served with dry sweets.
