||Grapes of Pozzillo vineyard in the municipality of Sant'Agata dei Goti, selected and picked by hand. Fermentation in ceramic jars for about 3 weeks.
||Always aged in ceramic pots for about 12 months, followed by a bottle aging of at least 6 months.
||It goes very well with pastas, ragout, mozzarella, stuffed bacon. It's okay to match fish dishes, especially if in soup.
