Straw, very limpid.

Bouquet

Aromatic and intense on the nose, it leaves sensations of orange blossom, white rose petals, fresh almond, slight hints of citrus, snuff peach and mineral notes.

Sweet, soft and warm, discreetly balanced by delicate freshness, consistent persistence.

Vinification	Drying of the grapes in crates, extraction of the must and fermentation with selected yeasts until the established alcohol content is reached, and subsequent maintenance at 0°C. Then follows stabilisation and final microfiltration before bottling to preserve the typical fragrance of zibibbo grapes.
Ageing	In steel at controlled temperature for a few months.
