Harvest	By hand, at slightly advanced ripening with careful grape selection.
Vinification	Traditional maceration for 10-12 days and fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature using pumping-over and delestage. Malolactic fermentation is carried out.
Ageing	A part of the wine spends 6 months in French oak barrels followed by 2-3 months in the bottle.
Production year	120,000 bottles
