Climate	Vineyards located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level overlooking the town of Trento, and Valle di Cembra, with an altitude ranging from 500 to 650 m. a.s.l.
Soil composition	Predominantly calcareous to Maso Warth. Clayey, calcareous and calcareous and porphyritic in Valle di Cembra.
Vinification	Soft pressing of whole grapes with selection of the must, fermentation and aging in steel tanks at controlled temperature until the time of draft.
Ageing	In bottles on selected yeasts for a period of 5 years.
