Harvest Manual, beginning of October. Visciola cherries: hand-picked from the trees growing in our farmstead.
Vinification 2 months of maceration of visciole and sugar. 6 months fermation in steel with the wine.
Aging 4 months in small barrels.
Alcohol 13.50% by volume
Production year 2,000 bottles
Matching According to tradition, it matches local desserts like the “ciambellone”, but it pairs very well fine biscuits like “cantucci”. Gorgeous matching with a chocolate lava cake.
