Please forgive our arrogance… When you start a new project you always have a great deal of enthusiasm that helps you overcoming obstacles and looking at the future ahead of you. This wine is instead a proof of our maturity as the wine express itself with ample character, sumptuous. The acidic underlay reflects itself in body of the wine and its aromas, like game of mirrors that multiplies perceptions.
