Monte Rossa Franciacorta Cabochon Fuoriserie 022
Cabochon is the most prestigious Franciacorta of Monte Rossa. It was created after a research that begun in 1985, of a more careful selection of the crus of the Monte Rossa hill. This involved a new winemaking system that introduced the barriques for the first fermentation in the must. The results were such that the wine obtained has established itself among the corporate labels.

Colour

Bright yellow robe.

Bouquet

The nose is compact and dense with hints of kiwi and exotic fruits, floral (mimosa and broom) and ginger.

Flavour

Complex flavours emerge in the mouth as complex as on the nose. A wide, creamy wine of great depth with a return of lime and capers.
