Cultivation system Guyot.
Vinification Traditional in red, with the marc remaining in contact with the must for no less than 12 days.
Ageing From 15 to 18 months in barriques, tonneaux and large barrels. The wood strictly comes from the French Allier region. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 1 month and subsequent ageing in the bottle for at least 6 to 8 months positioned horizontally. This wine has a longevity of over 10 years.
