||Crémant de Die Brut is made using the Traditional Method. After an initial fermentation in tanks, the wine is bottled and the addition of a tirage liqueur made of sugars and selected yeasts triggers off a second fermentation.
||1-3 years on slats. Adding an expedition liqueur, after the removal of sediments by freezing bottlenecks and disgorging, ends up the process.
||Perfect as an aperitif, on its own or in a kir cocktail, it can also be enjoyed throughout an entire meal on fish or white meats.
