The color is deep ruby red and deep. The nose shows important notes purposes together with floral notes of wild rose and purple violets followed by fruity flavors of morello cherries, blueberries and wild strawberries. It closes with white pepper and cinnamon attendance. In the mouth, the sips expresses a taste and a mellow flavor that soaks and lets you easily earn good fruit, beautiful fusion of all the elements, tannic and with slightly noticeable freshness. Final pulposus and long-lasting.

Origin The red wine produced by the prestigious DOC Nestri Meroi winery, founded in 1920, is made from grapes grown on the eastern hills of Friuli, in the municipality of Buttrio territory in the province of Udine.
Cultivation system The training system is the classic French Guyot.
Harvest The harvest starts from the first week of October to end around the third week, when the grapes have reached the correct degree of ripeness.
Fermentation period The wine is made initially in stainless steel tanks where it remains throughout the maceration, then is transferred into barrels for fermentation that takes place at a controlled temperature and lasts 15 to 20 days. It takes of selected natural yeasts that can achieve malolactic fermentation.
Vinification Vinification creates a red value and quality wines, stemming from grapes grown at about 140 meters above sea level, with variable exposure and grown on land predominantly marl, capable of retaining the longer the water essential for the ' ripeness of these specific varieties.
Ageing The following refinement takes place for the first 16 months in oak barrels that give the wine structure and body, as well as the spicy notes, for the next four months in the bottle, which does not happen filtering before bottling.
