Iridescent ruby garnet.

Bouquet

The bouquet, usually dark, earthy and balsamic like that of a Barolo, is less austere this year, and rather reminiscent of a Barbaresco, with its refined collection of violets and roses in potpourri, sour cherries, raspberries, pepper, fine spices, cinchona, rhubarb, menthol tobacco, licorice.

Flavour

In the mouth it doesn't lack of vigour, but it keeps calm, tense and rigorous until the final train of medicinal herbs and undergrowth.
