||From the twinning of the selections of Aglianico grapes from the Montemarano and Mirabella Eclano estates we obtain the Radici Taurasi, the emblematic label of classic viticulture signed Mastroberardino. Montemarano represents a historical site in the production of Taurasi, located in the southernmost area of the DOCG area. Here, the sharp temperature range and slower ripening determine the conditions for a late harvest, generally in November, offering grapes richer in noble tannins and acidity, such as to enhance the longevity. Mirabella Eclano is the epicentre of production, research and experimentation on Aglianico, which is the main variety of grape cultivated in Mirabella.
