Masottina R.D.O BRUT – Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Rive di Ogliano 2019
R.D.O. Brut comes from a single vineyard with south-west exposure. This wine encapsulates all the elegance and finesse of a unique terroir such as Ogliano, where its typicality is sealed by the light spicy note that evolves in a crescendo thanks to the wine's longevity.

Perlage

Fine and persistent.

Colour

Straw yellow with bright greenish-golden reflections.

Bouquet

A fresh and varied bouquet where notes of bergamot, white mulberry, peach, medlar, melon and acacia flowers stand out for their intensity and sharpness. Hints of lemon balm, thyme, spearmint and sage round off the rich aromatic array.

Flavour

Fresh, delicate floral fragrances enhanced by pleasant mineral hints. The long, well-balanced finish closes with a nuance of lime, ginger and spices.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, it can be served with different dishes: raw fish, shellfish first courses, and refined meat or fish tartare on lightly toasted bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. It is a Prosecco with a great personality.
