Made from Barbera grapes. The Barbera grape is one of Piedmont's most widespread indigenous grape varieties, and this Valmorena is the company's most authentic and traditional interpretation of such variety. Thanks to the vinification and ageing carried out in steel and partially in large casks, Valmorena preserves all the natural freshness and fruity varietal aromas while offering depth and persistence.

Colour

Very intense ruby red with purple reflections.

Bouquet

Very intense, vinous, and floral with notes of plum, marasca cherry and violet.

Flavour

Vigorous, intense and balanced. Fresh and fruity. Persistent.

Pairing

Valmorena is a very versatile and medium-bodied wine. It goes wonderfully with appetizers, first courses with important sauces, white or red meats, boiled meats, game and medium-aged cheeses.
