||White sparkling classic method pas dosé
||The grapes are fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C. In spring, the cuvée is made and the bottling is carried out in order to obtain a froth. The basic wine used is only one year old but comes from different vineyards.
||The wine is then aged with its own yeasts for a minimum period of 3 years. At the moment of perfect maturation it is degorged without the addition of sugar.
