Maison Mumm Champagne RSRV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut 2014
RSRV Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from Cramant ("chalk mountain") in the Côte des Blancs. For the 2014 RSRV Blanc de Blancs, a relatively low pressure of 4.5 bar (compared to 6 in general for other Champagnes) allows the wine to fully express its minerality and subtle brilliance. After a minimum of 3 years of cellar ageing and a slight dosage of 6 grams per litre, this 100% Grand Cru cuvée, produced in limited quantities, is ready
