A wine of great class that expresses the characteristics of the individual sub-zones from which its grapes come, particularly from the powerful vineyards located in Bussia, town of Monforte d'Alba, sweetened by the elegance and balance of vineyards in Cannubi and Terlo, town of Barolo.

Fermentation temperature 30-32 °C
Vinification In steel tanks, with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 30-32°C. The wine is racked after 22-25 days, and the malolactic fermentation is completed at a controlled temperature.
Ageing 30 months in oak barrels, followed by a long period in the bottle to complete the ageing.
