Flavour

The sip is strong and energetic, but fresh and savoury, and spreads over a slight hint of bitter almond, closing with harmony and intensity.

Appetizers, soups and minestrone, first courses with poultry and rabbit based sauces, or second courses of seafood both stewed and salted.
