Considered one of the major expressions of Italian enology, Brunello di Montalcino is produced exclusively with grapes of the homonymous vine, which represents a variety of Sangiovese Grosso. The Brunello di Montalcino of the Azienda Agricola Lisini distinguishes itself for its truly superior characteristics obtained through continuous cultivation of vines, cultivated with traditional methods and excluding any practice of forcing, careful selection and removal of the growing bunches and a accurate grain sorting during the grape harvest. All this, coupled with the most modern winemaking methods, ensures an exceptional level even with seasonally unfavorable trends.
