Made from grapes harvested from ancient head-trained bush vines, mainly originating from the eponymous Duca Sanfelice vineyard, this is the interpretation of the traditional Cirò wine.

Colour

Pale garnet.

Bouquet

Dark, with notes of humus, peat, juniper, sour cherry in alcohol and rhubarb, raised by echoes of marine scrub.

Flavour

Fresh and tasty, with dense tannins.

Pairing

It pairs with red meats, game, pot roast, chicken livers, spicy beef and lamb, and cheese.
