Classic method obtained with only Chardonnay grapes of high altitude and aged on the lees for a minimum of 36 months. The long refinement attributes harmony and elegance safeguarding finesse and freshness typical of the mountain.

	Perlage Extremely fine and persistent perlage.
	Colour Straw yellow with golden reflections.
	Bouquet Fine and intense bouquet with hints of hawthorn, hints of apple, hazelnut and dried fruit crowned with a light crust of bread.
	Flavour Valuable harmony and complexity. It expresses itself fully with sensations of freshness and vivacity, in a skilful balance between softness and measured acidity. Great finesse in the velvety and persistent finish. Citrus aftertaste.

Pairing

For all meals, predilection for molluscs, crustaceans, fish and risotto. Unequaled as an aperitif accompanied by cheeses and cold cuts. Excellent as I continue in the evening.
