Levii Trento Extra Brut 2018

A Classic Method wine made from only high-altitude Chardonnay grapes and aged on the lees for at least 36 months. The long ageing gives it harmony and elegance while preserving the finesse and freshness typical of the mountains.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Straw yellow with golden reflections.
	Bouquet A fine, intense nose with hints of hawthorn, notes of apple, hazelnut and dried fruit crowned by a light crust of bread.
	Flavour Valuable harmony and complexity. It expresses itself fully with sensations of freshness and vivacity in a skilful balance between softness and measured acidity. Great finesse in the velvety and persistent finish. Citrus aftertaste.

Pairing

For the whole meal, with a preference for shellfish, crustaceans, fish and risottos. Unrivalled as an aperitif accompanied by cheese and sliced meats. Excellent as a continuation of the evening.
